Farm-to-bottle
Dark red in color and bold in flavor, our heirloom Bloody Butcher corn is grown, harvested and milled on site. Crafted with malted barley and wheat, it gives our whiskey a grain-forward nose with undertones of banana bread and kettle corn.
Heirloom Bloody Butcher corn planted on the farm.
Picked from the fields that surround the distillery.
Stored and milled on the property.
Paired with malted barley and wheat and run off our still.
Straight off the still as White Dog - or aged into bourbon.
A celebration
The Flying Ace brand pays tribute to American heroes and the men & women who protect our skies.
Pay it forward: when a veteran visits, their first beer has already been bought by someone in our community.
The Mission
Here at Flying Ace Farm, our mission is to develop, produce, serve and distribute delicious farm-to-table food products and farm-to-bottle beverages produced from crops that we grow, harvest, store and mill on property. These farm products are offered to our customers for consumption as food and beverages in our restaurant, brewery, and distillery and for purchase through our distribution channels.
Eighty-six acres, two ways to take them over.
Weddings
Say “I do” in the glass-walled pavilion, get ready in the farmhouse bridal suite, and celebrate with Monk’s BBQ and spirits made steps away.
